Just in time for spring, 8UP Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen is excited to announce the re-opening of its rooftop bar and outdoor lounge.  Guests on the 4,000 sq-ft of outdoor rooftop patio space can lounge around open fire pits, order from the Bar Bites menu, and take in unparalleled views of Louisville and the Ohio River.  Chef Jacob Coronado and Beverage Director Clay Livingston conjure up bites and drinks to be savored al fresco on Louisville’s first roof-top bar.  8UP’s talented Beverage Director, Clay Livingston.  With booths and a long L-shaped, two-sided sofa, the rooftop bar has available seating for 220 people. Table service is available, and guests can order from a menu of bar bites made made fresh at the designated open lounge wood-fired oven kitchen.
