Sharpen your taste buds and get ready to taste the best Fried Chicken in Town! The Fried Chicken Throwdown is a culinary competition to benefit Slow Food Bluegrass.

A cash prize will be available to the winner in each of three categories, Best Fried Chicken ($500), Best Vegetarian Side ($250), and Best Dessert ($250). The judging will happen by “people’s choice.”
