This pork inspired culinary competition will feature live music by Relic, local brew from Apocalypse Brew Works, cocktails from Copper & Kings, and food from Louisville's finest restaurants (vegetarian options also available). Admission is $2 and covers your first taste, and all proceeds from food/beverage tickets will benefit the Butchertown Neighborhood Association Inc. Event will be held rain or shine.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample food from several local spots that have not yet opened their doors, including Royal's Hot Chicken, Red Hog Tapas and Commonwealth Cured. Other participating restaurants include Feast, Toonerville Deli, Gralehaus, Rye, Galaxie, and Wiltshire.
