The Arctic Scoop will be celebrating its one year anniversary. We have been blast freezing ice cream with liquid nitrogen for a whole year!!

Nitrogen is 78% of the air we breath. Liquid nitrogen is just a very cold nitrogen. What better way to freeze ice cream, then with cold air. The instant freezing process also produces less ice crystals, which gives it a very creamy texture. The blast also makes it fun to watch us create your treat.

This Thursday we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary with a free kids cup with a purchase of a small or large cup.
