Varanese will host a 5-course dinner featuring favorite menu items from the past 10 years. Chef/Owner John Varanese will speak about his namesake restaurant’s beginnings, and about the triumphs and challenges over the past decade. The cost of the dinner is $40 per person, and optional suggested bourbon, wine and cocktail pairings for each course will be available for an additional fee.
