    Please use the following form to report any error that you're experiencing with the site. 

    Your name
    Your Louisville.com account username (if applicable).
    The web browser you're using on the site (e.g. Firefox 13, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
    The operating system you're using (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.7, etc)
    A description of the error. Include any error message text if applicable.
    A screenshot that depicts the error you're seeing. Upload a GIF/JPG/PNG that is 800KB or less. Windows: Select your current browser window and press Alt+Print Screen. Open MS Paint and press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot. Go to the menu and select File > Save As to save the image as a PNG or JPG in whatever location you want. Android (4.0+): Press and hold the volume down button and the power button. A screenshot will be saved to your image gallery. iOS: Press and hold the home button and the power button. A screenshot will be saved to your camera roll. Mac OS X: Press Shift + ⌘+4, followed by the Space key. Clicking on your browser window will save the current screen to a PNG on your desktop.
    Files must be less than 800 bytes.
    Allowed file types: gif jpg png.
