Kentucky’s first Wolfgang Puck Express restaurant opened its doors for business this week in the Kentucky International Convention Center in
downtown Louisville.
This is the first dine-in restaurant to make its home at the convention center. Located in the Riverside Lobby at the corner of Third and Market Streets, Wolfgang Puck Express seats 75 diners in the 2,160 square foot facility.
The restaurant features signature dishes from award-winning culinary master Wolfgang Puck. The extensive menu features a variety of pastas, sandwiches, soups and salads, including classic entrees prepared with the freshest ingredients.
“Opening the first Wolfgang Puck Express in Kentucky is a great way to offer my authenticrecipes and signature dishes at affordable prices, to guests who want to enjoy fresh, quality food,” said chef Puck. “We are confident the Louisville Express location will continue to uphold our high standards.”
Harold Workman, President & CEO of the Kentucky State Fair Board which operates the Kentucky International Convention Center, noted the restaurant adds to the services offered to convention attendees and the downtown business community. “This is a great asset for downtown as well as to the hundreds of thousands of guests and clients who come to Louisville as part of the convention and tradeshow industry.”
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday. More information on the restaurant, including menu and recipes are found at www.wolfgangpuck.com.
