Winston’s restaurant at Sullivan University is celebrating Valentine’s Day all weekend long with a special three-course prix fixe dinner menu. Chef John Castro will be serving tempting Winston’s classics and new dishes from Friday, Feb. 11 through Sunday, Feb. 13. Diners will be offered their choice of three courses from a list of starters, salads, entrées and desserts. The cost is $48 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
