All performances of Wicked will take place inside Whitney Hall at the Kentucky Center for the Arts, located at 501 West Main Street in downtown Louisville. Wicked's opening night is Wednesday, May 5, at 7:30 p.m. Other shows will take place between May 5 and May 23 at various times.

Tickets for Wicked range in price from $32.50 to $137.50 and can be purchased through the Kentucky Center website, at the box office, or by calling 502-584-7777. More information about tickets can be found at the Kentucky Center website, and more information about Wicked can be found at the musical's website.

The Broadway Across America production features a story based on the novel from Gregory McGuire. Wicked centers on the friendship of two witches, one who is green, intelligent, and misunderstood and one who is popular and motivated. One would eventually become Glinda the Good Witch while the other would become the Wicked Witch of the West.

Stephen Schwartz wrote the music and lyrics for Wicked while Joe Mantella directed the production.
