It’s time for racing fans to get their engines checked! This August, the Kentucky Speedway will provide more than just racing fun. On August 1, from 2 – 9 p.m., the Vision Racing Wellness Tour – sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company and Vision Racing – will be at the track providing free diabetes screenings (A1c testing and risk factor assessment) along with cholesterol and blood pressure testing to IndyCar Series racing fans. Vision Racing driver Ed Carpenter, ambassador for the Wellness Tour, is passionate about helping raise awareness about diabetes. That’s why he’s encouraging race fans to take care of their health and stop by the Wellness Tour for a free health check-up.
