The University of Louisville’s Department of Theatre Arts and the African American Theatre Program invite you to attend the inaugural performance for the 2009-2010 season. Come Down Burnin’, by acclaimed playwright Kia Corthron, is the dramatic story of two sisters grappling with the impact of poverty and ignorance, and the effects their struggles take on raising their children. Directed by Nefertiti Burton. This show is running September 30th through October 4th, in the Playhouse, so get your tickets soon.
