If you’re looking for an introduction to the Pilates method or you’ve been away for a while, this class is for you! It begins with the five basic principles of Stott Pilates® which bring awareness to posture and alignment. From there, we’ll get our spines and bodies moving as we go through a warm-up and workout. The focus will be on finding balance within our bodies, improving coordination, and building strength without adding bulk.
