A celebration of Indiana wine and foods, “Uncork the Uplands” is a festive, educational and fun-filled 2-day weekend event on July 15 and 16, 2011, that will showcase the very best of the Indiana Uplands Wine Trail’s award-winning wines and exquisite cuisine.

Held at Huber’s Orchard, Winery & Vineyards, located at 19816 Huber Road in Borden, Indiana, the festivities begin Friday evening, July 15, at 6:30 p.m. EDT with a cocktail reception and culinary demonstration with internationally renowned Master Sommelier, TV host and author, Andrea Robinson.

The celebration continues Saturday evening, July 16, at 7:30 p.m. EDT with the “Uncork Dinner”, an exhilarating evening of wine education and pairings of the Trail’s finest wines and foods, featuring Ms. Robinson as special guest speaker.
