Individuals rely on online social networks for fun, communication, and networking. Businesses are also turning to social networks as a way to interact with consumers. This course focuses on one popular social networking tool – Twitter. You will learn what Twitter is, how to use Twitter, the language of Twitter, and tools to manage Tweets. You will see real-world examples of how businesses are using Twitter for customer service, interaction and crisis management. This is a lecture/demo class.
