The Brown Hotel is offering three summer cooking classes that explore the American South (July 10), Italy (July 24) and Asia (July 31). The classes begin at 7 p.m. and include two hours of instruction, tasting, wine and tax. The cost is $75 per person and reservations are required. Each class is limited to 12 people.
