Join Carolyn Murray-Wooley as she discusses her newest book, Early Stone Houses of Kentucky. Drawing on extensive field work and genealogical research, Murray-Wooley examines the history of these resourceful settlers and their architectural practices, uses scale drawings and floor plans to illustrate how the houses would have appeared at the time of construction, and compares them to modern photographs. Book signing will immediately follow the program. All tickets must be purchased in advance; $18 for KHS members, $23 for all other patrons. For reservations, please call 502-564-1792, ext. 4414.
Reservations required by March 13.
