The Summit, which was recently voted Best Managed Retail Property of 2010 by the local chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), has pulled out all the stops for customers this holiday season. In addition to extended holiday hours, enticing shopping offers, free customer shuttle and security escort services, The Summit is providing patrons with several festive activities including complimentary sleigh rides, breakfast with Santa and a Menorah lighting ceremony featuring mayor-elect Greg Fisher.
Beginning on Black Friday, Nov. 26, The Summit will offer extended holiday shopping hours on select days in November and December. The Guest Services office will also be open for extended hours during this time to accommodate shoppers who need assistance or are interested in purchasing gift cards. The Summit’s Cards for a Cause program benefits either the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the American Cancer Society. At no additional cost to customers, five percent of the card’s value will be donated to the Louisville chapter of the selected charity. Gift cards can be used at any of The Summit’s retailers and restaurants including newly opened stores like Toys R’Us Express, BlueMile and 32°, A Yogurt Bar.
