Stomp, one of longest running theatre productions, will be making a stop at Kentucky Center's Whitney Hall (501 W. Main St.) this weekend.

If one hasn't yet heard about the group, which made it's debut in 1991, the performance is an energetic display of percussive music-making. The group's eight touring members run, jump and slide across stages banging, slicing, tapping and ripping on just about anything and everything that makes noise (aside from conventional instruments, like drums).

Stomp has been touring the theatre circuit across the world, receiving rave review from just about every top-notch publication.

The first performance will kick off Friday at 8 PM. Stomp will take stage twice Saturday (5 p.m., 9 p.m.) and again on Sunday (3 p.m., 7 p.m.).

Tickets are still available and range from $20 to $50. Click here to view a seating chart and purchase tickets.
