Saturday, June 12th will feature a special Home Canning and Food Preservation Class - 11am, Join Family & Consumer Sciences Agents, Nelda Moore and Chris Rivera, from the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service for a fun and informative presentation on home canning and food preservation. Learn the basics of canning: both hot water bath and pressure cooker, just like Grandma used to do. See a demonstration of hot water bath canning and learn how easy it is to freeze and dry fruits and vegetables.
