In Spookiest Stories Ever: Four Seasons of Kentucky Ghosts, storytellers Roberta Simpson Brown and Lonnie E. Brown invite readers to join their family and friends to share haunting anecdotes about real-life encounters with the paranormal. Filled with incidents of murder and suicide, suffering patients, vanishing hitchhikers, and other ghostly entities, the Browns have collected a compilation of enthralling encounters which show that human desires for love, justice, and revenge are capable of transcending the grave. A book that can be enjoyed aloud with the family, circled around a campfire, or snuggled beneath a blanket with a flashlight, Spookiest Stories Ever is a truly unique collection that will chill you to the bone.
Roberta Simpson Brown is a retired teacher and an acclaimed storyteller. She is the author of The Walking Trees and Other Scary Stories, Queen of the Cold-Blooded Tales, and Scared in School.
