On Monday, October 11, chef-owner Mauro Mafrici of Pelago Ristorante and Howard Sturm, founder of Dumante Verdenoce, will host a unique evening of Italian cuisine and cocktails. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail class showcasing Dumante, a new ultra premium Italian pistachio liqueur. Guests will watch a demonstration of three signature cocktails and then savor them accompanied by a selection of appetizers by Chef Mafrici. Then the evening will progress to the dining room for an exceptional four-course dinner with wines from Banfi and dessert paired with Dumante.
