I know you Highlander. You step out of your sweet little homestead on a sunny summer afternoon and wander down to Bardstown Road for a crisp mid afternoon brew. There's a lot of places to choose from but you likely have a regular haunt and a regular sauce. Some days, however, you just want to have it all.
These are the days we saunter into River City Draft House. You might wonder why such an establishment opened near so many other potential watering holes but the answer is found at the bar. River City Draft House hosts an array of regional and national favorites on tap. The unique part is you have a choice between a four, ten, or sixteen ounce pour. It's a great way to try a lot of different brews. For instance, follow up a crisp Blonde with a small amount of a heavier Chocolate Bock (this is what I did).
They also have a menu of tempting bar snackies including fried cheese curds and the most ginormous (spell check tells me this is not a word) Bavarian pretzel you have ever seen. For those with a bigger appetite they have sandwiches and most importantly wings that feature unique new sauces weekly.
Louisville, don't miss out on your cake. Get down to River City Draft House today.
