The
Rocky Horror Show regales the tale of an ordinary couple and
one unforgettable night at the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a mad scientist
from the planet Transexual. Brad and Janet have arrived on a very special
night, that of the creation of Dr. Furter's ‘beautiful creature’ Rocky, the
Adonis humanoid created specifically for the release of the good doctor’s
’tension’. The cult classic that inspired midnight audiences around the country to get into the act is a package of twisted romance, thrills
and chills, and 16 musical numbers including "Sweet Transvestite",
"Whatever Happened To Saturday Night?”, and the overdone karaoke anthem,
"The Time Warp".
The show hits the stage starting on September 24 at the Henry Clay's Bunbury Theatre at 604
South Third Street Downtown.
The show spans about 2 hours with an intermission (refreshments anyone?) and evening
performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Matinees at 2:00 p.m. Get your tickets in advance for $15 or pony up the extra two bucks at the door.
All tickets may be purchased by visiting www.PandoraProds.org or calling (502)
216-5502. Performances through Sunday, October 4.
