A line-up of country, classic rock and upcoming bands are on the menu to perform free concerts at this year’s 23rd annual Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival Friday, October 8, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., and Saturday, October 9, 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in downtown Rising Sun and Riverfront Park. This year’s music acts include Dayton, Ohio country rock band, Bourbon Lakes, the 70s classic rock band After Midnight and Grammy-nominated country band, Confederate Railroad, all playing Friday night. Saturday’s lineup includes upcoming Aurora, Indiana rock band Skallywags, country musicians Steve Trent & Smalltown Band, country duo Cook & Belle, and Parrots of the Caribbean.
