As 2009 comes to a close, executive chef Chris Howerton and the team at Corbett’s will celebrate with an elegant seven-course dinner in the charming dining room of the restaurant’s historic building. The menu will pay homage to great taste by utilizing the very best ingredients and then finish with a champagne toast.
