Proof on Main is offering New Year’s revelers a full-service celebration this year, from a New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner to a great New Year’s Day brunch. The 21c Museum Hotel atrium will be transformed into a nightclub atmosphere with disco balls, a DJ and balloons (oh, and of course…bubbly), and the culinary delights at Proof are sure to make the holiday memorable for all.

Beginning at 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, chef Michael Paley will present a special prix fixe dinner that includes four courses, party favors, a champagne toast and access to the party at the 21c Museum Hotel. The reservation lines are open and the dinner can be booked today at $121.21 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
