Jeffersontown Optimist Club sponsors an Oratorical Scholarship Contest annually.  Students under 19 years old by the end of 12/31/10 are eligible to participate.  Hand in your 4-5 minute speech on or before March 31, then participate in the contest Monday, April 11 at 6PM.
