This exhibit celebrates advances over the last eighty years in Orientation and Mobility methods used by blind people to navigate in the environment. The collection includes an original harness used by a blind man from Tennessee who was co-founder of The Seeing Eye, the first dog guide dog school in America, a wide variety of long canes, and a fascinating group of electronic travel aides originally assembled by the U.S. Veteran’s Administration. 3:00 pm- 5:00 pm
