Actors Education is teaming up with the A/I Company and Literary department for its 4th annual New Voices Young Playwrights Festival. An eight to ten week classroom residency guides students through the ins and outs of crafting a ten-minute play. Conflict, character, clock and more are all explored and then integrated into a bite-size piece of theatre. Then we produce a festival! Hundreds entered. Eight were selected, then developed and will finally be produced on stage on April 19 and 20, 2009, then published in our annual New Voices Anthology.
