As of tomorrow, the New Albanian Brewing Company's Bank Street Brewhouse will "indefinitely suspend food service" according to a post on their website.
The New Albanian's Bank Street Brewhouse will continue to function as a "beers only" establishment while the building is painted, primped, and re-vamped into a "future taproom format" with an "expanded souvenir shop." They also plan to use the space as a venue.
The blog post cites a changing market as the reason for the close, and begins with a quote from NABC's co-owner, Roger Baylor: "You could knock me over with a feather, because it turns out that the numbers don't lie, after all."
