Nature Explore is a program of fun and education to help children connect with the Earth. It is designed to awaken a sense of awe and wonder as children are introduced to the beauty of nature, the joy of gardening, and the basics of nutri­tion. Campers will explore together in age-appropriate groups led by trained guides. Through games, instruction, and hands-on learning experiences, a child will be guided through self-discovery to develop an appreciation for this wonder-filled planet we call “home.”

2010 Kids Camp

* Who: grade school children who have completed kindergarten or above.
* What: Nature Explore Summer Camp is a complete program of fun and learning. It will connect children to nature, gardening, science and sustainability, food justice, responsible eating, the universe story, exercise and exploration.
* When: June 21-25, 2010 or June 28-July 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to noon
* Where: Earth & Spirit Center
