People at high risk for developing flu complications who haven't been vaccinated have more opportunities to get a shot without making an appointment.

The Louisville Metro Health Department will hold walk-in flu shot clinics Tuesday, December 7 at the Newburg Community Center on Indian Trail; Wednesday, December 8 at St. Stephen Church Family Life Center on West Kentucky Street; and Tuesday, December 14 at Southeast Christian Church.

Because of this year's flu vaccine shortage, the shots are limited to those at high risk for flu complications. More information is available at the Louisville Metro Health Department website, ://www.health.loukymetro.org, or by calling 574-6520.
