Quattra 4, a local jewelry collective comprised of four female metalsmiths, presents “Designer Art Jewelry for the Dynamic Woman.” Roxy Lentz, Sharon Major, Lona Northener, and Lesley Rahner will hold a private showing of handmade, one-of-a-kind jewelry at the Louisville Boat Club (Terrace Room) on Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, April 10 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Louisville Boat Club is located at 4200 River Road.
Quattra 4 takes prides in the quality and originality of their handcrafted jewelry. The artists create uniquely designed pieces from silver, copper, semi precious stones, and recycled material. All jewelry is studio made and sustainable to the environment.
“Designer Art Jewelry for the Dynamic Woman” gives women and men a great opportunity to shop for well-crafted jewelry and to meet four everyday Kentuckiana women with varied backgrounds. “Women are always complimented when they wear their Quattra 4 jewelry because the pieces are fabulous and distinct,” said Roxy Lentz, a Quattra 4 member. “Because the show is close to Derby, it’s the opportune time for women to shop for their Derby accessories.”
Quattra 4 will donate a percentage of sales proceeds from the show to CASA of the River Region, a local nonprofit that recruits and trains volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children. CASA welcomes volunteers from all cultures, professions, ethnic and educational backgrounds.
