    The plan is for the tent to be an "empowerment emporium" including, distribution of general information, distribution of giveaways with crisis line number, celebrity Hall of Fame/Hall of shame Game, public Art Piece for all to participate by placing a dot on the map to represent someone who lives there who supports ending domestic violence, listening booth with empowering songs and suggested media lists to check out, e-newsletter and volunteer sign-up that registers people for 10 t-shirts to be given away by drawing the next day.

    Squallis Puppeteers
    One of Louisville’s most visible arts groups will be teetering and tottering around the Great Lawn in their colorful costumes. Squallis Puppeteers are a constantly evolving troupe of puppet enthusiaststhat make their own puppets, write their own plays and orchestrate them with
    original music. They have been performing and teaching puppetry for children
    and adults in Louisville, Kentucky since 1997.

    The non-partisan, not-for-profit organization devoted to voter registration and participation in democracy was created in 2004 by a group of artists, music industry professionals and fans, all determined to make sure the live music community is well-represented at the polls. They’ll be recruiting local volunteers people to build their mailing lists. They’re also giving away Bonnaroo '09 VIP tickets as a way to get folks to pledge to vote in the next election.
