Join Louisville’s own Shine – a family-centered studio devoted to bringing folks together through music, movement and bodywork – for a free mini workshop called “Touch a Heart.” Offered from 12:30 - 1:30 PM and again at 2:00 - 3:00 PM, this workshop will help you connect to someone you love through the gift of touch. You’ll discover the power of touch, how to reduce stress, how touch connects us and learn how to give and receive hand massages. Shine will also be offering complimentary chair massages from 12:00 - 4:00, so you can show yourself some love!
