Churchill Downs will hold the last of three future wager pools this weekend, opening at noon on Friday and running until 6:00 PM Sunday. If you haven't picked your Derby horse yet, now's the time. There will be 22 individual betting interests to choose from and an “all others” option. Typically, there are 23 betting interests, but it was announced last night that Comma To The Top will not be pointed to the Kentucky Derby and has thus been removed from the future wager pool. There are some new comers to the pool, so if you have a good feeling about someone, go ahead and put your money down now. All wagers must be to win and at a minimum of $2. Exacta wagering will also be offered. Unless the Derby does not run, no refunds will be offered for horses that do not start.
