9:00 am-  5K Race Begins (Timed Runners First)
9:15 am-  1 Mile Family Walk Begins
10:15 am- Post-Race Program: Awards & Prizes

Komen and Cardshirt team up together to produce a limited pink edition for $15 of which $5 will be donated to Susan G. Komen For The Cure.

How the Race Funds are Used
Race FundsUp to 75% of the net income from the Komen Louisville Race for the Cure stays in the local community to fund breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment projects. A minimum of 25% of the net income from the Komen Louisville Race for the Cure supports the Komen for the Cure Award and Research Grant Programs, which fund groundbreaking breast cancer research, meritorious awards, and educational and scientific conferences around the world.
