KTP offers a range of classes and workshops conducted by instructors involved in their fields.

Veteran actor and teacher Mark Sawyer Dailey conducts acting classes at the Kentucky Theater for both beginning and advanced acting students, as well as children and adults. He emphasizes text analysis & specificity of intention. He believes Play (or Text) Analysis is the key to all theatre art; defining intentions andobjectives as the core of each character. Because reading, seeing, andworking on plays is essential in the development of an artist, he stresses the reach beyond one’s own involvement in the art andemphasizes the impact of learning from other artists, other arts forms, andfrom personal experience in the world that lies beyond the arts.
