Kentucky Homefront is a radio show recorded live in Clifton Center's Eifler Theatre. Featuring Kentucky's finest acoustic folk, traditional, blues, country and bluegrass musicians, and its best storytellers, shows are heard on WFPK and other public radio stations across Kentucky.
This concert features artists from McCracken County: Sarah Elizabeth and Nathan Blake Lynn in the first hour. In the second hour you'll hear a group of musicians influenced and nurtured by Tim Krekel. It tells the story of how an informal jam session grows into an ensemble and features: Steve Eilers, Mike Williams, Kevin O'Brian, Ken Lucchese, Amos Hopkins and Eddie Hysinger. Col. Bob and Brother John join both sessions.
