Raise a glass of your favorite bourbon this September in celebration of National Bourbon Heritage Month at both Corbett’s: An American Place and Equus & Jack’s Lounge! In honor of the month-long celebration, chef/owner Dean Corbett will host special events to commemorate the flavorful history of Kentucky’s signature spirit.
At Equus & Jack’s Lounge:
Celebrate bourbon any night of the week this September at Equus & Jack’s Lounge with delicious bourbon drink and food specials! Throughout the entire month, mixologist Joy Perrine will offer her award-winning Bourbonball cocktail, featuring Woodford Reserve, Tuaca and dark crème de cacao, $12. A variety of other bourbon cocktails, as well as favorite classic bourbon drinks like the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan will also be available.
While at the restaurant, make sure to also try one of chef Dallas McGarity’s bourbon-infused specials. Dishes to be featured include Pork Duo with pulled pork, bourbon barbecue sauce and wilted greens and Fried Center-Cut Pork Chop with bourbon whipped sweet potatoes and an apple-raisin-bourbon chutney.
