Chef Albert Schmid will be signing his new Kentucky Bourbon Cookbook at the Louisville Visitors Information Center, Friday, May 14, 2010 from 11am to 1pm.

Chef Allen Akmon will bring along a selection of tasting portions of dishes from the book. The Visitors Center is at the corner of 4th and Jefferson downtown.
