Artist Jane Dunnewold will talk about trends in art quilts, pulling examples from the artworks currently on view in the Form, Not Function exhibit and others. The concept of the art quilt continues to evolve and expand. She will share a variety of styles and discuss influences and trends, including quilts that pose the question: "just what makes a quilt a quilt?" The talk is free and open to the public. No reservations required. Co-sponsored by Louisville Area Fiber and Textile Artists (LAFTA).
