This beginner's class covers the basic picking technique, how to tune the mandolin, the most important mandolin chords, how to play easy melodies and much more, including the enjoyment of making music! Please bring a mandolin to each class. Rentals available at Doo-Wop Shop, 1587 Bardstown Rd. (456-5250) and 2915 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. (491-4191). Register early, enrollment is limited to 7 students.
