This class will cover parts of the instrument, string names, notes on the fret board, tuning, first position chords, strumming patterns, blues progressions, blues patterns, tab and music notation and the joy of playing the guitar! Bring an acoustic guitar (6-string) to class. Rentals available at Doo-Wop Shop, 1587 Bardstown Rd. (456-5250) and 2915 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy. (491-4191). Register early, enrollment is limited to 7 students.
