Create your own beautiful candleholder out of new and salvaged tin with Blacksmith Lewis Meyer! Learn the basics of tinsmithing while creating a unique functional artwork.
We will use common and readily available tools to make a small candle holder. Some small variations on the design are possible according to individual taste. Students should go home with a candle holder and the knowledge to continue working on their own if they desire. We will be using new tinplate, but tin is easily salvaged from recycled cans for future projects.
Create an awesome gift just in time for Valentines day – or bring your special someone along for an experience you’ll never forget!
