The holidays are just around the corner and getting into shape can help prepare you for the holiday weight gain that comes with your favorite aunt’s fruitcake and grandma’s cookies. Inner Strength Boot Camp is now offering two sessions for the fall. The first one begins on September 21 through October 16. The second one runs from October 19 through November 13. The group meets at the Waterfront in downtown Louisville Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 a.m. for four weeks to work on strength, cardio and flexibility. The cost is $180 per session. “We wanted to provide a challenging atmosphere that is also well-rounded and comfortable for women,” said Ayers. “We will not be screaming at anyone, but we will push you to do your best. We really want you to meet your goals.”
Inner Strength Boot Camp is designed for participants of all sizes and ages. The camp uses several techniques including yoga, cardio drills and weight training. The limited space in the camp gives Ayers the ability to lead the group as well as giving individuals attention to make sure each person has a good and safe workout.
