Louisville, Ky. (July 13, 2010)--- Whether you’re looking to get back in shape or take your current workout to the next level, let Marine Corps veteran and certified personal trainer Sarah Ayers help! Leading both a new session of her popular boot camp, and a morning TRX and Kettlebell Class, Ayers will conduct both classes at the Orange Parking Lot. The duration of each session is four weeks.

The morning boot camp will run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from July 26 through August 20. Class will be held from 6 to 7 a.m. and will challenge women of all ages, shapes and sizes to push themselves both physically and mentally. The cost for the morning boot camp is $150 per person and includes various cardio, weight training and yoga techniques.

For those wanting a high-intensity workout, try Inner Strength Fitness’s new coed TRX and Kettlebell Class. Combining the use of kettlebells, a tool originally used by the Russian military, and TRX, a common tool used by the American military, each class will allow participants to utilize their body weight in building muscle and strengthening their core, while adding resistance. Led by Ayers and Ami Scouton, a TRX master trainer and personal trainer, the new TRX and Kettlebell class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from July 27 through August 19 from 6 to 7 a.m. The cost is $120 per person.

Inner Strength Fitness is designed for participants of all sizes and ages.
