Come put your taste buds to work and enjoy the ambience of historic downtown Jeffersonville on Friday, October 23 for Hops and Shops -- a wine, brew, & shopping event. The hours are from 6 pm-9 pm. You will have the opportunity to taste a variety of wonderful wines & brews from our region while you shop at the locally owned businesses in the area. The participating shops will offer great sales, as well as appetizers to tantalize your taste buds and cleanse your palate. As a bonus, the first 500 participants at the registration tent will receive a FREE downtown Jeffersonville TOTE BAG. There will also be live music throughout the downtown area. The entire event is located within a convenient three block area, the 200-400 block of Spring Street in downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana.

**One of the major rules of the event is that you must consume your wine or brew sample inside the business where you receive the sample. You cannot take wine or brew onto the public sidewalks or streets, so we ask that you complete your tasting experience within the business where you received it before strolling to the next location.** .
If you do taste a wine you like and would like to purchase it for home enjoyment, most vendors will be selling their product by the bottle.
