The Homeward Bound 5K Race/Walk begins at 9a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2009 in Cherokee Park. Enter Cherokee Park from Lexington Road to the start of the race on Cochran Hill at Cochran Dog Run. Participants will run/walk the Scenic Loop through the park.

Park free at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary at 2825 Lexington Road. Complimentary bottled water, fresh fruit, pastries and Heine Brothers coffee will be available.
