This is the 18th year in a row that Objects of Desire will host this successful show
in what has become a
tradition and celebration of the art of millinery in the context of
the Kentucky Derby pageantry.

Owner and curator, Julia Comer of Objects of Desire Gallery is honored and pleased to have milliner, Katerina Miaoulis - owner and principal designer of the international Memsahib label, back for another year to assist the ladies of Louisville in finding the perfect hat. This will be yet another winning year of haute hat fashions for the discriminating fashionistas of Kentuckiana and an opportunity to attend the Derby in award winning style and a level of elegance seen only at the most prestigious international racing events. Some stylish “younger” designs have even $100 price points.

Launch of the Objects of Desire 2009 KY Derby Hat Design Collection.
Cocktails sponsored by Dumante Verdenoce Liqueurs, plus Informal Hat Modeling.
A large and diverse collection of race wear hats designed and made by national and international designers will be featured with emphasis on the latest trends in Couture
Race Hat Wear Design as seen at the ASCOT, the MELBOURNE CUP,
The DUBAI WORLD CUP, and the ARC DE TRIOMPHE.

GREET, MEET AND BE FITTED... IN STORE PERSONAL APPEARANCE BY
Famed Australian Milliner,
Katerina Miaoulis, whose hats which have graced many runways and magazine covers, including a recent 2008 photo shoot with Carl Lagerfeld for Harper's Bazaar.
